As the first person to hold this title, the Warehouse Manager will assess current processes, identify operational gaps, and establish structure across a historically underdeveloped function.This leader will oversee year-round and seasonal warehouse personnel, implement SOPs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a key liaison between warehouse, production, logistics, and operations.
