Location: Suitland, MD (Office of Naval Intelligence – Southeast DC)Work Setting: 100% onsite in a TS/SCI secure government facilityRelocation: Candidates must already live in or be willing to relocate to the DC/Suitland area (relocation support may be considered)Compensation: $131,000 – $191,000 base salaryBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, onsite fitness facility, wellness programs, FSA, 4 weeks PTO, parental leave, tuition assistance, leadership development programs, short- & long-term disability, life insurance, and TIAA retirement plan with employer match (10% employer contribution at 5% employee contribution)Position SummaryThe TechELINT Analyst provides advanced-level technical electronic intelligence analysis directly supporting a Department of the Navy customer within the Office of Naval Intelligence. This mission-critical role focuses on pulse-level radar waveform analysis, P-Cubed assessments, and the production of serialized ELINT reporting used by U.S. and Allied warfighters around the world. The analyst will also collaborate with engineering teams to support next-generation EWIR modeling and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) development for 5th-generation systems.This position requires deep experience with specialized ELINT tools and the ability to perform complex TechELINT analysis on Day 1. Analysts operate fully embedded alongside government civilians, military personnel, and contractor teammates in a highly collaborative environment supporting real-time global operations.What You’ll DoPerform advanced-level TechELINT analysis on complex radar waveforms across multiple systemsConduct pulse-level and P-Cubed (Power/Pattern/Polarization) analysisProduce serialized ELINT reports (ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, IROD)Support next-generation EWIR modeling and Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) for 5th-generation systemsWork multiple systems concurrently and execute quick-turn intelligence taskingCollaborate with EW engineers to integrate waveform analysis into EWIR modelsBrief government customers and provide technical recommendationsEnsure database and reporting accuracy across systemsContribute to high-impact intelligence products used globally in operational environmentsWhat You BringActive TS/SCI security clearance (must be current; inactive or lapsed clearances cannot be considered)8–12 years of TechELINT analysis experience:Bachelor’s degree 8 years, orHigh school diploma 12 yearsAdvanced proficiency with TechELINT tools such as: MARTES, ASPEN, ESP, CATS, FLEXIBLEFLYER, or WILLOWCompletion of SIGE-2810, SIGE-3810, or equivalent validated military trainingDemonstrated ability to independently execute complex radar waveform analysisVerifiable authorship of serialized TechELINT reporting (ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, IROD)Strong communication and briefing skills, capable of engaging senior government personnelAbility to work full-time onsite in a classified facilityPreferred QualificationsExperience with EWIRDB, WRANGLER, CED, NTIPS, IM&SFamiliarity with GALE 5 or MIST ToolsuitePrior military intelligence background (Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Army)Experience supporting ONI, NASIC, NGIC, NSA, DIA, or related IC organizationsWhat You GetCompetitive base salary between $131K–$191KGenerous retirement package with 10% employer contributionRobust health, wellness, and insurance benefits4 weeks PTO plus paid holidaysTuition assistance and professional development opportunitiesHighly stable program environment with 10–15 years of continued contract supportDirect mission impact—work used globally to protect U.S. and Allied warfightersA collaborative, embedded team structure working alongside government and military partners
