Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to play a central role in keeping their operations running smoothly. This is a highly visible position where you’ll partner closely with leadership and collaborate across accounting, sales, engineering, and manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day office operations including order processing, billing, and administrative coordination
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, including customer follow-up and collections
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation
- Support purchasing, vendor management, and inventory-related activities
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting processes, including month-end close
- Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for general office needs, communications, and logistics
- Help plan team events and support a positive, collaborative office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred) and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail, especially with financial and operational data
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
