Role: Industrial Electrician
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support manufacturing operations through the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and VFDs.
- Maintain 480V electrical distribution and control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Install and maintain electrical components, control panels, and automation equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and support facility improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, drives, motors, and controls.
- Strong understanding of 480V electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent experience preferred.
