As our Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for both customers and staff—managing front-office interactions, coordinating schedules, and keeping our systems accurate and up to date. Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for customers and visitors. Stay up to date on company and industry knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Billing: Process payments for storage and service. Track Accounts Receivable and provide accurate reports. Facilitate billing process for dockage and dry storage.
- Marina Operations: Manage transient and annual slip reservations. Track contract status and communicate with service team. Ensure contracts are accurate and sent out promptly.
- Service Support: Assist with entering work orders and adding job operations into the system. Provide daily labor report to managers and note any discrepancies.
- Administration: Manage customer data entry and records. Update office calendar with staff time off, appointments, meetings, etc. All duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: Five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pre-Employment: All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of billing and invoice processes.
- Competent in data entry and customer information management.
- Experience with marine software such as MOLO a plus!
