Night Auditor
Night Auditor
We are searching for a Night Auditor to work at the front desk part-time, primarily on weekend overnight shifts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned)
- Providing service to guests, including checking in and out, managing lobby traffic and flow, assisting with luggage, providing telephone operator services and taking reservations.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest issues and complaints.
- Posting charges and auditing guest folios for accuracy.
- Maintaining an accurate accounting of all cash, charges and receipts.
- Preparing and reconciling sales summaries.
QUALIFICATIONS
BENEFITS
- One year or more of front desk or night auditor experience in a hospitality or a related industry is preferred.
- One year or more of experience with PEP property management system is strongly preferred.
- Hilton Hotels experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work overnight (11PM-7AM) shifts on weekends.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in typing and using computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in writing and orally.
- Ability to perform fundamental math, including the practical application of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, calculation of percentages, ratios and proportions and measurements.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted to handle guest baggage - ability to lift greater than 50 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to be highly visible and interact with guests for the entirety of the shift.
COMPENSATION
- $18.00 per hour starting pay.
- $500 bonus after your first 90 days.
