The Sales Operations Associate Account Manager is responsible for making sure customers and Sales Account Managers needs are being met and understood by each department within the company.
Essential Job Functions *
Internal Sales Support – Provide internal support to sales team by facilitating internal information and requests.
- Set up new customers and locations.
- Ensure constant flow of revenue through efficient order management processes.
- Operational management of new product launches
- Act as a contact person for any internal logistical issues.
- Be the subject matter expert on their customers’ retail systems
- Management and execution of customer price changes and profiles
- Collect and analyze data concerning customer ordering behaviors to understand changing needs
- Provides guidance and direction to the sales team in navigating with internal departments.
- Develop a relationship with internal and external customers built on trust and integrity.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Account Managers.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve order issues for customers in a timely manner

Education & Experience
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
