Essential Job Functions*
- Develop and execute production strategies for metal forming and finishing operations.
- Oversee supervisors and multiple production teams.
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, output, scrap, and cost efficiency.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and product performance standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
- Partner with engineering on process and equipment upgrades.
- Drive improvements in material utilization and cost control.
- Oversee training and leadership development programs.
- Manage high-impact production challenges and risks.
- Ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field preferred.
- 8 years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of chain and fittings manufacturing processes required to lead complex operations.
- Ability to lead leaders and develop teams across multiple operational areas.
- Skill in analyzing operational and financial performance to guide strategy.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ability to manage large-scale operations, including multiple processes and shifts.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners to align production with business goals.
- Ability to drive organizational change while maintaining safety and performance standards.
