With a focus on the wholesale channel this role will drive consistent sales in this channel. This role will also focus on the Ace B2B program while expanding Hillmans reach and product offering. This will be primarily focused on the key decisions makers in this space. This role partners closely with senior leadership, marketing, supply chain, and external partners to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and drive long-term revenue growth.

Essential Job Functions *
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow the Pro segment, including market entry strategies, customer acquisition programs, and channel expansion.
- Identify and evaluate partnership, acquisition, and investment opportunities that align with the company’s Pro market growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customer programs that increase wallet share, retention, and loyalty among Pro customers.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and assess new business opportunities.
- Build business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track initiative success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Pro customer landscape, trends, and emerging opportunities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales strategy, ideally within construction, building materials, or distribution sectors.
- Proven ability to assess markets, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business case development and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who thrives at the intersection of market analysis and relationship building.
