Essential Job Functions *
- Daily item and customer set up and maintenance of information ensuring that data quality and standards are being utilized as set forth by the Hillman Data Governance Team.
- Lead the consistent use of item and customer facing data resources across the organization
- Identify and support business needs and recommend holistic solutions that integrate with existing data and technical solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement and data cleansing projects
- Work cooperatively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in data governance and carry out decisions
- Educate colleagues within stakeholder groups and within the Analytics team on best practices around data governance
- Hold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or 2-3 years of related work experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams & Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Functional knowledge of ERP disciplines (Address Book, Customer Profiles, EDI Transaction Management)
- Understanding business processes on how data is used and the impact
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Apps & JD Edwards Enterprise One
