Essential Job Functions *
- Analyze sales performance, category trends, pricing, and promotional effectiveness to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain recurring business reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
- Monitor market share, distribution, assortment, and competitive performance
- Leverage retailer, syndicated, and internal data sources to generate insights and recommendations
- Partner with Sales teams to support customer reporting, account analysis, and business reviews
- Coordinate execution of key commercial initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Maintain and continuously improve reporting tools, templates, and processes
- Support CRM data integrity, pipeline tracking, and sales planning processes
- Prepare materials for sales meetings, retailer presentations, and leadership updates
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and strategic reports
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights with actionable recommendations
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management teams
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across customer and commercial initiatives
- Support go-to-market execution and promotional planning activities
- Act as a connector across functions to ensure alignment and execution against business priorities
- Support forecasting and demand planning activities through data analysis and trend identification

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in business analytics, sales strategy, category management, or commercial operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience working with retailer or syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana) preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities required
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional influence
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving business performance
