Job Summary: The receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks to support daily operations. They will answer the main office phone, greet visitors and clients upon arrival, and provide administrative support to the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding a high volume of phone calls
- Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Periodic sanitation of surfaces
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Proven work experience in a front office position, including busy multi-line phone systems
- Professional and cheerful demeanor
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn job specific programs
- Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that arise
