Our brand promise reflects who we are:

With intention, we approach each project with curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and technical finesse. Fully engaging in the process, we design places that reflect the vision and values of our clients and the people they serve.

At HPI, you’ll grow through continuing education, mentorship, and professional development, with opportunities to expand your skills and elevate your craft. We also offer a flexible schedule and hybrid work options to support balance, collaboration, creativity, and well‑being.

As we embark on the next 50 years, we’re seeking a Senior Construction Administrator to guide projects from inception through completion and help uphold the technical excellence that defines our legacy.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Review and interpret construction documents and specifications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and constructability.
  • Respond to and maintain electronic documentation for RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, change orders, and other construction-related directives.

  • Attend OAC meetings, conduct regular site visits, and prepare field reports that document project progress and issues.
  • Perform constructability reviews and identify discrepancies or coordination challenges early in the process.
  • Coordinate with city, county, and DSA officials on construction-phase issues, ensuring timely communication and compliance.
  • Review pay applications, change orders, and contractor submissions for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist owners with bidding processes, addenda, pre-bid RFIs, and cost reviews.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, supporting their technical development and understanding of construction practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to support collaboration and project success.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with strong command of English composition and grammar.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Approach complex issues with strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Bring confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment when addressing construction challenges.
