Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, with attention to presentation and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and preparation as needed.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during shifts, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold responsible beverage service practices by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to alcohol service laws.
Skills
