Currently seeking an Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager for an exciting opportunity at BKC Insurance Agency, Cheboygan, MI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. Remote schedule available after training.
Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the daily transactions for clients, but not limited to:
·Servicing policies: current client requests, renewal, quoting, and re-market.
·Handle carrier inquiries daily.
·Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Qualifications:
·Worked with clients and company underwriters, full automation use and capabilities, excellent communication skills and administrative skills
Success factors:
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.
·Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
·Must be comfortable with internet-based programs, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
·Make effective independent decisions regarding duties and responsibilities.
·Positive and professional demeanor.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
