As an RN Charge Nurse, you will:
- Lead and support a dedicated team of nursing professionals.
- Assess residents and help develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
- Lead, support, and guide CNAs and other nursing staff.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in care needs.
- Educate and support residents and their families.
- Make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day.
Open Weekend Package Shifts Available:
- Weekend Days: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Weekend Nights: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Compensation:
- Earn up to $51/hour with our Weekend Package for well-qualified applicants!

- Current State of Iowa RN License.
