Core Responsibilities of a FOH Manager
- Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, handling complaints efficiently, and conducting table visits to secure positive feedback.
- Operational Oversight: Managing daily opening/closing procedures, controlling table turnover, and maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the dining room and bar.
- Service Coordination (Bridge to BOH): Facilitating smooth communication between the kitchen (back-of-house) and service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks: Managing cash drawers, processing payments.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
