The Highlands at Owasso is currently seeking a Registered Nurse who is excited to take the next step in their career! In this key management role, you will to help lead the delivery of clinical services and assist our Director of nursing with all clinical services. Job Responsibilities include:
- Supervising charge nurses and all clinical staff
- Ensuring that clinical systems and programs are functioning successfully
- Overseeing the care of residents and maintaining quality of life
- Assisting with compliance per state and federal regulations
Job Requirements:
- Must have a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- 5 years of skilled nursing facility/long-term care experience with a clear understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
- Must have demonstrated the ability to maintain strong employee relationships and excellent leadership skills
- ADON is experience is preferred
- BSN Preffered
