The Owner Services Attendant is a full-time year-round position. This position will help to ensure that benchmarks for each of the properties are met by assisting our team achieve the highest standard of quality. Working with owner services and housekeeping in keeping the Resorts and owners' accommodations up to date on amenities, furnishing, inspecting for damage, maintenance needs or concerns. Mainly stationed indoors but will assist with other attendants around property when needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reports to Owner Services for daily task list
- Conducts and follows up on all arrival and departure inspections of units
- Documents and photographs unit conditions during inspections to maintain accurate records
- Reports and reviews all rental damage
- Tracks pending maintenance items and specific owner preferences; coordinates with in-house departments and follows up for completion
- Responds promptly to urgent maintenance or guest-impacting issues between inspections
- Assists with housekeeping tasks as needed
- Attends Owner functions as needed
- Participates in other tasks such as, but not limited to, shutdown projects, unit reviews, and inspecting vendor-led projects
- Prepares and submits day-in-review reports on a daily basis, summarizing completed tasks, outstanding issues, and next steps
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, and adapt to the ever-changing situations and needs of the department
- Must be willing to work independently and is self-motivated
- Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and professional
- Knowledge of computers, tablets/iPad, Power Point, and Microsoft Office are highly recommended
