What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fall/Spring Co-Op: Welding/Fabrication position at The High Companies?

This is a Fall '26 - Spring '27 opportunity for career-driven students interested in pursuing a career in welding/steel fabrication.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age
- Enrollment in a welding and/or metal fabrication program required
- High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview
- The ability to learn and use tools, prints and measuring instruments necessary
- Team-player attitude and strong attention-to-detail.
