Mixologist and Service Professional

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy shifts will be essential to your success in this role. Must have weekend availability and be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide an enjoyable experience, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Skills

• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
• Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Excellent cash handling abilities with a solid understanding of retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
