Experienced Pizza Cook - High Volume Restaurant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pizza Cook to join our high-volume restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and related menu items in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of hot, fresh food
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food prep areas and cooking stations
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, notify management of shortages, and assist with stock rotation

Skills

• Extensive culinary experience with a focus on pizza preparation in high-volume settings
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Previous restaurant experience, particularly in fast-paced or fine dining environments
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Experience with menu planning, catering, and meal preparation is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Familiarity with dietary department requirements, dietary aide experience, or food industry standards is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
