As a Host, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk in. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and assisting in maintaining a smooth flow of service. Your tasks will include:
- Guest Reception: Warmly greeting guests as they arrive and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Seating Management: Efficiently managing seating assignments to ensure an organized and timely dining experience.
- Guest Communication: Assisting guests with questions and providing them with the necessary information regarding wait times, the menu, and more.
- Table Support: Assisting with clearing tables and setting up for new guests, ensuring a quick turnover for continuous service.
