As a Lunch Server, you will be the vibrant face of our dining experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. What you’ll do
- Greet and seat guests with a warm smile, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS, ensuring all requests are met with precision.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the dining experience and boost sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area by bussing tables and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for efficient cashiering.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy lunch periods effectively.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations is required.
