Client Relations Associate
The Client Relations Associate is responsible for managing outbound and inbound client communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high-quality, professional experience at every touchpoint. This role focuses on building strong relationships, maintaining an organized calendar, and supporting overall business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound client calls/messages to introduce services, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
- Manage and update the employer’s calendar, ensuring all appointments are accurately set, confirmed, and adjusted as needed.
- Record client interactions and appointment details in the CRM and coordinate with internal team members for smooth handoffs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and calendar/CRM tools.
Work Environment and Compensation:
This is a hybrid position, with work performed both remotely and in-office as scheduled by the company. The role requires reliable availability during core business hours to handle client communications and appointments.
Compensation for this position is performance-based, tied directly to the successful closure of business resulting from scheduled appointments. Additional incentives or bonus structures may be defined based on closed deals and overall results.
