Barista/ Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista/Bartender to join our team. This role combines the art of crafting delicious beverages with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both coffee preparation and bartending, with a passion for delivering high-quality drinks and an outstanding customer experience. This role also includes the ability to create your own drink menu according to the seasons.

****This role does NOT include: cash handling, face-to-face interactions with guests, or the usage of a POS system.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, cocktails, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café/bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, including light cooking or assembling food items for service.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or bartending experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and cocktail mixing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
