Summary of Role:
Commercial Planning Managers for Confection (CMG) are responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies across various confectionery segments, including immediate consumption, take-home, and seasonal products. They integrate innovation into planning processes, analyze market and sales data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize retail execution. The role demands agility in responding to market shifts and consumer preferences to drive profitable growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement segment-specific commercial plans for confectionery products.
- Integrate innovation initiatives into planning and execution cycles.
- Analyze sales and market trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution.
- Monitor performance and adjust commercial strategies as needed.
- Confectionery segment management (IC, take-home, seasonal)
