- Develop Training Solutions The role designs and evaluates training content aligned to capability needs. It coordinates with external learning vendors. This ensures quality training delivery.
- Execute Talent Processes The role delivers performance, learning, and career development activities. It follows established procedures and standards. This supports consistent program execution.
- Support Stakeholder Engagement The role supports engagement with business stakeholders on talent development priorities. It coordinates communications and gathers feedback. This maintains alignment.
