- Supports external and internal reporting needs.
- Supports reporting and presentation of insights to key stakeholders.
- Coordinates process improvements for analytics operations.
- Stakeholder interactions including collaborating with analytics teams, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Influence/Impact: Provides actionable insights to inform strategic HR decisions.
- 1-3 years related experience
- Proficiency in R or PowerBI for data pre-processing, automation, and advanced reporting
- Data collection and analysis for HR insights
