What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Concierge position at The Heritage On The Garden?
This is a full-time position in a luxury mixed-use building in the Back Bay of Boston. This Residential Concierge position requires a mature, dependable, flexible person who works well independently. A hospitality background is essential. The responsibilities include answering the main switchboard, supervising staff and coordinating response to the requests of condominium residents, overseeing activity in the main lobby, monitoring security and fire systems, monitoring keys and access to condominium residences, light clerical work and other tasks as assigned by management. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
