The Heritage of Green Hills is seeking an experienced, skilled, and motivated Director to join our highly engaged team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of various charitable giving initiatives for our growing senior living community. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact. The Charitable Giving program is a department of one, reports directly to the Heritage of Green Hills Executive Director, supports the efforts of the Heritage Resident Benefit Fund (HRBF), and will work on-campus.
Duties
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve a charitable giving strategy
• Collaborate with Leadership team and HRBF Board members to develop and execute strategies
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to include staff, residents, and the Heritage Resident Benefit Fund Board of Directors
• Plan and coordinate events to promote the organization's mission
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Utilize Bloomerang CRM software for donor management and tracking
• Serve as spokesperson for the Heritage Resident Benefit Fund, effectively communicating its mission and impact to internal and external audiences. Previous experience in the senior living industry and with Bloomerang CRM software is desired.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in charitable giving and with donor software required.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
