Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Monday - Friday role. The Director of Sales and Marketing will oversee daily sales operations, execute strategies for business development, hosting tours with prospective families, engaging in marketing events and hosting sales generated lead events on site.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing initiatives, leading outreach efforts, coordinating with teams to ensure goals are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Proven skills in Senior Living Sales and Marketing or other Healthcare related sales to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction
- Business Development expertise and the ability to identify and cultivate growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing marketing strategies and outreach campaigns
- Prior experience working in a CRM.
