  • Serve as the primary support contact for CRM and marketing automation platforms, field support tickets, troubleshoot user issues, and manage escalation and follow-up with external vendors.
  • Manage email deliverability and sender reputation monitoring to maintain strong inbox placement.
  • Provide data analysis and fulfill reporting requests related to marketing campaigns, CRM data, and audience performance.
  • Partner with the Development team and other departments to ensure accurate data capture and validation from all marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business/Marketing Analytics or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3 years of related experience, including implementing digital marketing campaigns and working with CRM systems, relational databases, data hygiene, and reporting metrics.

Technology: Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation tools, and Excel is required. Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, and data-transfer tools such as DropZure is a plus.

Other Requirements:
  • Understand and support the Heritage mission and vision for America, and the department's goals and objectives.
  • Ability to manipulate and segment data within the CRM (export definitions, exports, smart fields, imports, import selections) and understanding of relational data and dynamic variables.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to anticipate the downstream consequences of data and system changes.
  • Excellent customer service and technical support skills.
  • Extremely organized, highly motivated, and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
