Cannabis Grower – Experienced (Outdoor) | Full‑Time
Location: Pueblo, Colorado

Position Summary
Responsible for executing outdoor cultivation activities to ensure optimal plant health, yield, and quality. This role requires hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation and the ability to manage crop performance in an outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planting, transplanting, and crop scheduling
- Manage irrigation, nutrients, and plant health programs
- Perform and direct pruning, defoliation, and canopy management
- Identify and respond to pests, disease, and environmental issues
- Lead and support harvest operations
- Train and guide entry-level staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with MED regulations
- Ensure clean, efficient, and organized cultivation areas
Required Qualifications
- 21 Age
- Valid MED badge
- Prior cannabis cultivation experience (outdoor preferred)
- Strong understanding of plant health, nutrients, and growing cycles
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and leadership capability
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Pay: From $15.16 per hour
