Do you love good vibes, good weed, and hitting the road? 🌿 The Herbal Connection, Lane County's go-to dispensary for over 10 years, is looking for a Cannabis Delivery Driver to bring our products straight to our customers' doors. This is a full-time delivery driving position with a focus on service, safety, and compliance. No budtending. No counter shifts. Just dedicated delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver cannabis orders to customers in Eugene and Springfield.Â
- Verify government-issued identification to ensure customers meet legal requirements.
- Follow all OLCC regulations and company procedures for secure and compliant deliveries
- Ensure orders are accurate, properly packaged, and logged before leaving the dispensary
- Use any delivery software or devices accuratelyÂ
- Provide professional and courteous service at the time of delivery.
- Assist with needs of the store as needed and when not on active deliveriesÂ
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with the dispatch team as needed.
- Assist with bagging and tagging orders when not on active deliveries.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use.
- What We're Looking For
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 21 or older with a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
- An Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Someone reliable, professional, and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills since you will be representing THC at the customer's doorstep.
- Delivery or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
