We are seeking a detail‑oriented Luxury Housekeeper to deliver impeccably prepared guest rooms and public spaces. This role is essential in providing refined, gracious service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality and ensures an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to luxury brand standards of excellence.
- Meticulously sanitize bathrooms, refresh linens, replenish towels, amenities, and guest supplies.
- Make beds with precision; inspect bedding, mattresses, and furnishings for cleanliness and presentation.
- Dust, polish, vacuum, and hand‑clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and architectural details.
- Maintain organized housekeeping carts and supply areas.
- Uphold a warm, professional, and discreet demeanor at all times.
- Assist with laundry operations, and cross‑department support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior housekeeping experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred.
- Familiarity with major hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham) a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., maneuver housekeeping carts, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8‑hour shift.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and commercial equipment.
