Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring all departments work cohesively to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Supervise team members across various functions, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
  • Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget parameters.
  • Continuously evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions for increased effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that boost sales performance and customer engagement.

  • Work Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week Schedule varies
  • FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
  • Reports to: On-site General Manager
  • Supervises: Housekeeping, Valet, Landscaping, Pool, Security
  • General Description: Housekeeping, Valet, Landscaping, Security, Pool Staff, Access Control, Resident Services, Commercial Properties, Marina
  • General Description: Responsible for all common area facilities, related employees, contractor supervision, preventative maintenance schedules, assist with bid solicitation and landscaping. Assist in coordinating of all supervisory personnel, employees and contractors with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Collaborates with the Maintenance Manager and General Manager to oversee construction projects and progress.
  • Specific Tasks:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quality control and customer service.
  • Unless for an emergency, at least twice weekly the Operations Manager must perform a direct walk-through inspection of the property to make sure there are no staffing, contractor, building, security, communications, or access issues
  • Manages all IT, security, audio/visual, camera and access control systems and related staff.
  • responsible for the pool and beach to ensure all protocols are enforces by the pool manager and staff, security and housekeeping and maintenance needs
  • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes.
  • Assist in the development for projects with the professionals and city officials.
  • Responsible for overseeing the inspection of elevators, equipment rooms and fire alarm system to insure proper operation and service.
  • Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budgeting practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture.
  • Experience in business development with a track record of expanding market presence or client base.
  • Strong communication skills paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
