What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at The Help Company?
This is one of the best families in the Palisades, actually in the city - high profile and very down to earth (such a unique combination!) Their estate manager needs help as the renovations are getting out of control. This is a full time position, based in LA, with travel needed to help oversee projects at other properties. We have helped this client for years, and know first hand how amazing they are to work with. The position is offers full health insurance, 401k and an opportunity to work with a wonderful team!
Must have at least 5 plus years of private residence experience as a property manager, assistant house manager or personal assistant with references we are able to verify.
• Help manage and schedule routine maintenance and urgent repair needs at residence.
• Schedule and manage vendors needed to access property and oversee work.
• Manage routine maintenance: landscape, window washing, pool service etc.
• Onsite technical help and management of systems
• Liaise with construction team on any remodel and construction projects.
• Create maintain property manual and maintenance schedules for property
• Inventory and maintain household and personal care supplies
• Help maintain property calendar and security calendar
• Errands
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
