Administrative Nurse Manager - Immediate Per Diem Opportunity Riverdale, New YorkJoin Our Team as an Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale!The Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale – North Bronx, serves over 18,000 people every day, both in the greater New York Community and on our beautiful 32-acre overlooking the Hudson River. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.Position OverviewThe Administrative Nurse Manager plans, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs all assigned unit activities. Directs the day-to-day functions of the neighborhood activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long term facility. Manages and supervises the staff activities and ensures staff competencies in the delivery of care. Collaborates with the Clinical Nurse Managers, Resident Service Coordinators and other disciplines for all interdisciplinary activities. Night Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (Every other Friday) Qualifications Must possess a current NYS RN license. Associate’s Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor’s Degree or MSN from an accredited university preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience as a staff nurse and a minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care facility or other related medical facility. Knowledge of federal and state regulations. Must be able to speak, write and read English.
