What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Loader position at The Heart Center?
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Truck Loader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, organizing shipments, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This is a physically active position that plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently
- Move, stack, and organize products in the warehouse
- Verify shipments against paperwork for accuracy
- Secure loads to prevent damage during transportation
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided)
Pay: $22.10 - $26.60 per hour
