Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Billing & Coding Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves overseeing and managing all billing and coding operations to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and compliance with relevant guidelines. Key responsibilities include handling billing processes, maintaining billing systems, processing invoices, analyzing billing data to ensure accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with team members to maintain efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Processes, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices is preferred
- Experience with healthcare billing software and regulatory compliance is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
