The Dir/VP Software Engineering is responsible for leading, planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to software development in such fields as information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Leading in the design and development of both new solutions and the support of maintenance support tickets ensuring system usability. Works closly with the Data Team in the coordination of compatability of software applications and data. Directly supervises software developers and coordinates system projects with the CIO.

- At least a four year degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coding skills in multiple languages/frameworks. (C#, .NET, VB6, REST APIs, Git, and SQL)
- Able to update and use relevant knowledge and keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to job.
- Able to make decisions and solve problems and analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods, services, and solutions.
