Responsibilities of Unit Manager:
Coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to adult residents with the resident focused care management model
Guide and direct the activities of the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Help the residents reach their maximum possible state of health and well-being
Requirements of RN/LPN Unit Manager:
Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN)
1 Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Required
3 Year Nursing Supervisor / Nursing Manager Preferred
One (1) year work experience as an RN in a long-term care setting preferred
