What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Shipping Receiving Inventory Specialist position at The Healing Hedge Witch/Spellcrafter?
We operate two brick-and-mortar shops and two online stores, and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.
Applicants with SHOPIFY or ECOMMERCE experience preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and process incoming inventory
- Organize and prepare transfers from the warehouse to our retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock counts
- Consolidate and shift warehouse inventory as needed for space and efficiency
- Help prepare and ship online orders - covering for vacation or extra support during campaigns and sales

- Ecommerce experience

- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Strong communicator and problem-solver
- Resourceful with excellent critical thinking skills
- Comfortable around animals (our friendly office dogs stop by sometimes)
Experience That Will Make You Stand Out
- Familiarity with Shopify and/or Thrive (Shopventory) or other e-commerce platforms
- Prior experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory management
The Details
This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time for the right person with a diverse skill set. We’re expanding quickly, and more opportunities will be opening soon.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
