Full-Time Financial Operations Specialist – Healing Arts Center
The Healing Arts Center is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is key to keeping our financial systems running smoothly and supporting our mission of wellness and healing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage AP, AR, and process payroll
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and deliver monthly Profit & Loss reports
- Maintain and streamline systems in QuickBooks
- Work with Stripe, Square, and Shopify to track and reconcile transactions
- Support overall financial efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Maintain HR records and some perform some functions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in QuickBooks
- Hands-on experience with Stripe, Square, and Shopify
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-driven environment
- Prior experience in financial operations or business support preferred
- Hands on experience with computers/IT preferred
