This is a field driven, high accountability role focused on building territory revenue across South Texas by opening new accounts, developing relationships with operators and contractors, and driving growth in a technical, application focused environment.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new customers across South Texas
- Build relationships with operators, contractors, and service companies
- Present and support technical solutions in the field
- Develop pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue
- Drive consistent territory activity and results
- 5 years of oil and gas, instrumentation, pump, or industrial sales experience
- Proven ability to win new business
- Experience working with field operations or technical end users
- Exposure to injection, fluid handling, or control systems is an asset
- Strong drive and ability to work independently
- Base salary of $90,000 – $120,000 USD
