## Job Summary
The Head Spa Sanctuary is one of the busiest Japanese Head Spas in the world and we are rapidly expanding as we move to our new state of the art flagship location in Pineville. We will be expanding our offering of Japanese Head Spas and Facials to adding Korean Facials, Clinically formulated Foot Soaks, Full body Massage, Body Wraps and Scrubs, Multi-Hands Wellness experiences, Zero gravity pedicure and Relaxation areas!
We are seeking a professional and friendly Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
As we enter the busy holiday season, the role will start by assisting with herbal foot soaks, selling gift cards, and checking guests in and out, helping ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience from start to finish.
## Duties
- Greeting and checking in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Preparing and serving refreshments and herbal teas to guests
- Assisting with herbal foot soaks and ensuring all service setups are ready and refreshed
- Flipping and resetting treatment rooms between services to maintain cleanliness and comfort
- Maintaining the relaxation room, ensuring it remains tidy, serene, and fully stocked
- Managing laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Supporting team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience
- Maintaining spa cleanliness and ambiance throughout the day
- Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendars
- Providing information about spa services, treatments, and retail products
- Assisting with retail sales and upselling when appropriate
## Requirements
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to thrive in a startup environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.04 - $18.00 per hour
