Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Experience Associate at The Head Spa Sanctuary, located in Pineville, NC. The Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and positive environment for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with receptionist duties such as answering phone calls and inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The role requires ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing a seamless experience throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with guests and team members
• Experience in customer service to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and provide resolutions
• Proficiency in guest experience to ensure a positive and memorable visit for all guests
• Ability to perform receptionist duties, including fielding calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a front desk area
• Knowledge of reservation systems and processes to manage bookings efficiently
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the spa, hospitality, or wellness industry is a plus
