What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who is energized by variety, grounded in good judgment, and inspired by meaningful impact. This individual will work across numerous clients and industries, providing essential administrative and tactical HR support to help businesses hire, engage, and retain their workforce.
This individual will work alongside immensely talented and experienced HR leaders who believe in collaboration, continuous learning, and making a positive impact. They’ll gain exposure to diverse organizations, meaningful projects, and unmatched learning.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the HR Director to support clients with trusted, people-focused HR guidance and practical solutions.
- Support core HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance, compliance, and much more.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll data across client HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Gusto, BambooHR, etc.
- Draft and proofread employee documentation like offer letters, job descriptions, employee handbooks, etc.
- Provide administrative support for a variety of HR processes such as benefits enrollment, policy distribution, compensation review, etc.
- Collaborate with THA team members to execute client projects and help improve internal tools and processes.
- Stay informed on all things HR, from employment law to best practices, to keep clients proactive and compliant.
- Other duties as assigned/necessary to support our internal team and our clients.
Who You Are
- You have at least 1 year of HR-related experience.
- You’re equally comfortable with details and dialogue. You are happy managing data one moment and talking with a manager the next.
- You communicate clearly, handle sensitive situations with professionalism, and build trust quickly.
- You’re dependable, curious, kind, and skilled.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as BambooHR, Paylocity, Gusto, etc. and a strong command of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
- Must have the ability to obtain an HR certification within a reasonable timeframe if not currently held.
