Job Summary
We’re looking for responsible, alert and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at Hayden Lake. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and lake visitors, enforcing safety rules and responding to emergencies as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment and the ability to respond promptly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor lake swimming areas and enforce safety regulations
• Respond quickly to emergencies and perform rescues
• Walk Docks and Marina Area, cleaning debris and maintaining high standards
• Administer first aid and CPR when needed
• Maintain clean and safe waterfront areas
• Participate in regular training and safety drills

Requirements:

• Current Lifeguard Certification (open water certification preferred)
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Ability to stay calm in emergency situation
• Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services

Schedule:
Flexible shifts available, including weekends and holidays.
